Right wingers are desperately trying to make the case that Obama and Maliki are similar.

Remember, it was Republicans who installed Maliki into office.

But besides that, there is a huge difference. The Maliki government is excluding Kurds, Sunni, Christians and anyone else who does't pass the "Shiite Purity Test".

Very similar to Republicans excluding gays, blacks, Hispanics, atheists and anyone who doesn't pass the white conservative purity test. Even the blacks they tolerate have to say terrible things about Obama before even the pretense of acceptance.

In fact, Republicans feel if they are not completely in charge, then there is something wrong with the country. After all, they are the true Christian Patriots. ...
