What would America be like if the anti-Abortion types win?

Everything you have posted is a lie. Abortion laws in the USA are anything but liberal.
Absurd.

Some liberals have passed the sort of barbaric, extreme pro-abortion laws you see in North Korea.

Those seeking abortion must jump through all sorts of hoops, get counselling, view films, and be subjected to vaginal ultra sounds, all in the hopes that she will change her mind, before being allowed to have a legal abortion. Vaginal ultra sounds are, in essence, state order rape with a blunt object.

No.

Obviously decadent societies that embrace abortion are killing off their future.
More 79% of Americans believe abortion should be legal under some or all circumstances.

The corporate media loves abortion and lies about abortion all the time.

Unwanted kids aren't a future... they are a liability.

You do realize that was REPORTED abortions, not doctors pre-Roe writing down something else on charts and performing abortions.

As I stated, the birth rate did NOT drop dramatically in 1973. It was back up again by 1977. Roe just got rid of dumb laws no one was obeying and no one was being prosecuted for.

My guess is that if abortion were outlawed, many providers would keep doing it anyway and put another name on it.

All their screaming about "infanticide" aside, do you ever wonder what our country would look like if the Anti-Choice fanatics got their way.

Well, thanks to the modern miracles of actually understanding there is a rest of the world out there, we have a real life example.

The Philippines, former American Colony, has exactly the kind of anti-choice laws you guys want.

How's that working out.. Well, let's review.

Unintended Pregnancy and Unsafe Abortion in the Philippines

• The Philippines abortion law is among the strictest in the world. Abortion is illegal under all circumstances and there are no explicit exceptions. Nonetheless, because of high levels of unintended pregnancy, abortion is common in the country. Projections that were based on the national abortion rate in 2000 (the most recent available) and that took into account population increase estimated that 560,000 abortions occurred in 2008 and 610,000 abortions took place in 2012.[2,8,9]

• About 1,000 Filipino women die each year from abortion complications, which contributes to the nation’s high maternal mortality rate. Projections that were based on data from 2000 indicate that 100,000 women were hospitalized for abortion complications in 2012; countless others suffered complications that went untreated.[4,9]

• The stigma surrounding abortion makes it difficult for women to seek postabortion care. Some women report feeling shamed and intimidated by health care workers and in some cases, women are not given pain relievers or anesthetics or are denied treatment all together. Others report being threatened that they would be turned over to the police.[5,8]

you only have the right and Christans pushing back because the left went to far with their lets murder a child with a full term abortion

some states are drawing their own lines

Can one of you stupid ass Moon Bats explain something to me?

There is nothing in the Constitution or Bill of Rights that says that a mother has the right to kill her child for the sake of convenience. However, in the most idiotic court case ever the Supreme Courts said it was the mother's Constitutional right to kill her child if she wanted to.

The Bill of Rights says very clearly that the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

The question for you stupid Moon Bats:

How come you support the States putting restrictions on the Constitutional right to keep and bear arms but not the States being allowed to restrict the murdering of children?

Let the filthy pieces of shits die...let’s hope more die.
This is attrition of the highest order...Nature weeds out our filth in due time.

That's not true. You're not dead yet. Nature is slacking.

women should not have to face this fight alone.

Men, it’s on us to listen, to speak out, and to take action. Not because women are our mothers, sisters, wives or friends—but because women are people. And all people deserve to control their own bodies.

These far-right attacks on women’s rights must be understood as an attack on all of our rights. But we also need to understand who these types of bills were designed to control, dehumanize, and criminalize.

Women of color, low-income women, and women living in rural areas in states that have restricted and sought to criminalize abortion will be disproportionately affected. They may be unable to afford to travel to a different state—which could also mean missing work and arranging for childcare even while enduring lengthy 72-hour waiting periods—in order to get the health care they need. They can’t afford to pack up and leave—and we won’t let them weather this storm alone.

The restriction and attempted criminalization of abortion doesn’t just violate a woman’s rights while she is pregnant, they strip her of the right to plan for her and her family’s future.

For men, abortion is not something many feel the need or desire to talk about—it’s too uncomfortable. But that’s a trap—and one we need to get out of immediately. Men need to acknowledge that they benefit from abortion rights and reproductive health care, too.

Where to begin.

Some women may not even realize they are pregnant until week 12. You miss one period, you don't often panic. you miss two, maybe start panicking.

Also, there's no such thing as a "Full term abortion" If a pregnancy comes to term, then it is over with a birth.

States have no business drawing lines.. My point was that if the state's draw lines, you are going to have what the Philippines have... or maybe worse since you'll have a patchwork of laws.

More people contributing more to make this nation better. Don't see a downside

Yeah, some of us aren't Mormons reproducing like queen termites...

Um, no, more unwanted kids is NOT a good thing.

Funny thing happened 20 years after we legalized abortion. The crime rate started dropping... all those future crooks ended up in medical waste containers and we were all better off for it.

How many abortions are performed annually in the US?

The average birth rate is dropping like a rock.

We are in no danger of becoming overpopulated

JoeB's agenda seems to be entirely made out of hating America and wanting to depopulate us. He hates us because he is a communist who hates capitalism, and America has forever proven that capitalism works a billion times better than communism. Of course he will come back with "oh but it wasn't real...", but the fact still remains.

Communists aren't the future, you're an evil and dark past. Homicidal and genocidal - the world has moved beyond the evil you represent.

What if the kid hits 12, and won't mow the lawn? A woman should totally be able to kill the kid, Ja Herr Mengele?

Um, no, our population growth is still going up. I know a lot of that is Darkies and that upsets you wingnuts terribly, but we aren't in danger of running out of people.

The point I was making is that banning abortion wouldn't result in more live babies, it would result in more maimed and dead women.. This is what the Philippines is already finding out, where abortions are illegal and they have more per capita than we have.

This isn't a discussion about economic systems, all of which suck for the majority of humanity. There are more people living in hunger and poverty than can call themselves "Free" in the world.

This is a discussion about what this country would look like if you anti-choice nuts got your way on stuff. Well, there is already ONE country that has done what you guys do, it's called the Philippines, and it's an absolute fucking humanitarian disaster.
