Whether one likes it or not, under his administration America has clearly begun the "fundamental change" he so boldly promised. Seems to me that's one helluva lot..

So what were the big changes?

You haven't noticed massive changes at the very fundamental levels of our society and culture?

• "You didn't build that", "You didn't earn that" - The growing opinion that people who are successful got there less through hard work and sacrifice than by what others did for them along the way
• Bernie Sanders- and Elizabeth Warren-inspired disdain for our economic and banking systems
• The new boldness of the American Left to not only discuss socialism at all levels, but aggressively defend and advocate for it
• Gay rights victories
• Transgender advances, and a seemingly infinite number of personal gender identity designations - the very core of human existence
  
• The rapidly increasing intolerance for freedom of expression, particularly on college campuses but also at employers
• Ever-increasing reliance on and priority for "identity" on any number of different levels

That's just off the top of my head. All of the above have clearly accelerated during Obama's administration. These are not just laws - a law can be changed or repealed overnight - these are fundamental changes within our culture and society.

What laws did Obama decree to make these possible; and how is Obama himself responsible for "changes". I don't think you are wrong if you could be more specific we could nail it down and that would help though.
