What the election showed

Trump called it an almost complete victory. I guess if the democrats had won the senate, too, it would have been complete.

Trump lost fewer seats in his 1st midterm than Obama, Clinton, and many other presidents. Trump gain seats in the Senate dishing some whoopass onto Dem's. So much for your blue wave :auiqs.jpg:

Actually, Trump lost the House on purpose. He got tired of winning.

Dem's taking control of the House was a win for Trump now he can blame them and said that's exactly what he intends to do in his press conference yesterday, enjoy! :muahaha:
Trump blame others?

Seems unlike his personality

DeSantis improved from Trump in a number of minority-majority areas but especially in Miami-Dade where he improved 5 percent. Exit polls showed he gained substantial support from Black Women and Hispanic Men

"We won. Next time, because of the infrastructure we built, we’ll win bigger. If we keep at it, 2018 will mark the beginning of the end of the GOP. But we have to keep at it. I’m in. Are you?"

Since nothing much has gotten done in the last two years, the election didn't change much. The congressional GOP has gone from being merely worthless, to being worthless and impotent

A white supremacist conman who is openly hostile to American institutions of democracy and the rule of law took power in an election that was an abortion of the democratic process. Two years later, voters overwhelmingly rejected him and his party in astounding numbers.

Democrats' margin of victory just reached the largest vote lead ever recorded in midterm history. To every student, immigrant, asylum seeker, Medicare recipient, LGBTQ community member, and middle-class family harmed by the GOP: This one's for you.
