What is sanctification or to be sanctified, who in the bible can do this sanctification only

What is it that you want to know? You asked what the Principal of Marriage is. Then, you ask what is sanctification? Which do you want to know about?
greetings
the question is spiritual, to give an understanding of what or who sanctifies the marriage, between the sons of God, and the daughters of men.

for instance the law of Moses

1. Marriage and Divorce The Pharisees - Pharisees were highly educated Jewish leaders who spearheaded the opposition against Jesus while He was on earth, and later against the Christian church, and had studied under Gamaliel, a highly respected Pharisee of that day. The law of Moses - We read in Mark 10:4 (NKJV) "Moses permitted a man to write a certificate of divorce, and to dismiss her." Mark 10:5-9, 11 -12 (NKJV) And Jesus answered and said to them, "Because of the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept.

But from the beginning of the creation, God 'made them male and female.'
'For this reason, a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife,
and the two shall become one flesh'; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh.
Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.
" Whoever divorces his wife and marries commits adultery against her.
And if a woman divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery."

Heb 13:4-5 (NKJV) Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have.
what sanctifies the marriage in the eyes of who?

torture.
you, really have a problem but yes it is two bodies as one, where the one shows their true colors, over time, the bad in one, and the good in another, but a good marriage can be overcome, family.

We read in Eccl 9:7-9 Go, eat your bread with joy, And drink your wine with a merry heart; For God has already accepted your works.
Let your garments always be white, And let your head lack no oil.
Live joyfully with the wife whom you love all the days of your vain life which He has given you under the sun, all your days of vanity; for that is your portion in life, and in the labor which you perform under the sun.

Well, the first thing is I would change the idea of “daughters of men” to “daughters of God.”

Again, strictly on statistics and data...men without marriage lead in almost every anti-social, violent, addictive, poor health and longevity compared to women So you are asking the wrong quesition, as if to get married were out of the ordinary and not shown to be a norm

Yer norm not mine...If it be the norm then Peter would have married.

the sons of God, are men, human, and the daughters of men, are women.
Genesis 6: 1-4.

There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came into the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.
Gen 6:4 (NKJV)

I didn't say about the unmarred
if you feel that men are all those things, yes and no.
but remember, it is the human heart

Let a woman learn in silence with all submission.
And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence.
For Adam was formed first, then Eve.
And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.
Nevertheless, she will be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control.
1 Tim 2:11-15 (NKJV)

By the transition property women are daughters of God. Also, our spirits descend from heaven like Jesus did. Our spirits are children of God. Men and women are sons and daughters of God. Use logic and reason with scripture instead of being so concrete.

by who, who sanctifies and establishes paternity in marriage, and who is involved?
Marriage was a practical construct to maintain and preserve social order. Like other beneficial practices (e.g., diet, hygiene, etc.), it was adopted into most of the world's religions and sanctified by them.

Or, maybe it’s an eternal principle with eternal opportunity. It was first introduced to Adam and Eve in the garden before they left. From them, passed on down generation to generation. Occasionally, civilizations would disregard the sanctity of Marriage as an eternal purpose and discard it like we are today as a world. We see more and more living together or just having lots of sex with multiple partners. And our civilizations are descending into chaos with wokeness LGBTQ evil.
