A few years ago, I would have said this would likely never happen. Today, I believe it's more 'how much' than will it happen. It will show up in different forms, cash, preferential treatment, etc.
The question now will be how it will affect society. Will there be a collective resentment coming from Americans? Where does the money come from? Will there be massive fraud?
