A few years ago, I would have said this would likely never happen. Today, I believe it's more 'how much' than will it happen. It will show up in different forms, cash, preferential treatment, etc.
The question now will be how it will affect society. Will there be a collective resentment coming from Americans? Where does the money come from? Will there be massive fraud?

As President Joe Biden and Congress have failed to deliver on promises of police accountability and amid a conservative-led backlash against diversity, equity and inclusion policies, many Black Americans are uplifting a centuries-old debate around reparations for slavery as the clearest pathway to racial equality.

Ahead of the July Fourth holiday, more than 45% of Americans said racism is a big problem or the biggest problem facing the United States, according to a new USA TODAY/Suffolk University poll. About 38% of respondents said racism is a problem but not one of the biggest facing the nation. Only about 14% of Americans said racism is not a problem.

The biggest problem in America is socialism, not racism.

Not only has the socialist-left made racism more prevalent, but they've turned civil rights on it's head and fomented racism against whites. Anyone who dares to think different from the mob is labeled a White Supremacist. Even conservative blacks.

Common-sense is thrown out the window and has been replaced with insanity.

"Lazy dumb asses vote for free money" would be a better title.

It's just like the tranny war they are fighting. The left doesn't feel useful unless they are constantly at war defending some perceived injustice on their part.

This isn't really racism. What the DemoFascists are doing is gaslighting minorities especially American Black people with phantom Systemic Racism.

Why do blacks deserve reparations?

Okay, say they do.

And say blacks owe everyone else reparations for the incredible crime wave that coincided with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 becoming law.

Blacks owed $12 trillion.

Blacks owe everyone else $20 trillion.

Net, blacks owe us $8 trillion.

the left firmly believe that black people are to helpless and mentally short changed to take care of themselves without big brother there to show them the cash for their vote

Is THAT what they're doing?

Silly me...

I thought promoting a failed and usually deadly political agenda along with embracing every enemy the republic has was some nefarious objective to undermine the country and usher in a new government that would be even less accountable than the bolsheviks.

I am white but unless someone can prove there are zero blacks in my family tree....I will get my check too

Reparations would not solve any problems.
It would create more problems.
It would not reduce racism and hate it would cause more of it.
The ESG, DEI and CRT agenda is Black racism.
The Democrats can't even accept that we all have the same Civil Rights.

I’ve made this point before but it’s worth repeating; black slaves in America lived longer than their ‘free’ counterparts in their native west African lands. Descendants of those slaves in America live exponentially longer and richer lives than their counterparts in those west African countries do.
Black Americans owe America a debt . A huge debt.
Assess a lifestyle enhancement tax on any black American who bemoans their station.

There is no doubt whatsoever, that blacks living today in this country benefit on a massive scale to the fact that their forefathers were brought here.
They benefit directly from the inventions that were created that have made all of our lives immensely better.

The term "more lawmakers" is a propaganda tool. If you had two or three congresspeople and it increased to ten out of 500 you could use the term "more lawmakers" but it would be meaningless propaganda.
