I found this to be an interesting question. There has hardly been any national media on what happened in LA after the NBA finals, and waving Mexican flags while rioting at that.

Perhaps it is. It could be any city though, if someone or group with an anti government view ie. the bail outs, Patriot act ect. would engage in the same actions it would be all over the MSM, and made to look like terrorists.
