Additionally Russia hacked the DNC and DCCC, along with Podesta. But they also tried to hack the GOP but failed, so it looks one-sided, but wasn't. Podesta was just stupid while the Trump IT team was smart. Point being that Russia's "massive effort" wasn't one-sided, it was meant to sow discord, not necessarily to elect Trump. Polls showed that Comey affected the election, and that was Hillary's fault, she deserves to be in prison. Russian meddling didn't affect any votes as determined by polling data.
