More the practical thinker. One day I hope to have a battery powered Golf Cart to run errands,go for wine/dinner and visit friends at less than 15 mph.

Yes I know bicycles go faster and are the most efficient machine on the road.

Think how nice it will be making it on our own existing oil production system = no exports.

This so-called "tax reform" is aimed specifically at the oil and gas industries by disqualifying them from tax code provisions that are extended to every other sector of the economy.
You can't say you support fossil fuels development when there's $90 billion in taxes on the table.
