Maybe just an abandoned island, somewhere, surrounded by shark-infested waters, and far enough away from any other land to offer no realistic chance of anyone escaping from that island using any resources available there. No actual human beings ever to set foot on that island. Drop convicted violent subhuman criminal shit by parachute to that island, along with enough provisions, on a regular basis, to support about half of the current population of that island. Let them fight with and kill each other over the limited provisions that are enough for half of them to survive. Video from satellite feds made available to the public, so that anyone can see what happens to those that fall into such behavior as to get send there.

I think there's a point where a nominally-human creature has sunk so low into criminal subhumanity, that it is no longer justifiable to waste any resources to its benefit that could instead be used to the benefit of actual human beings. Certainly, this would apply to any murderer, except where fairly extreme mitigating circumstances might apply (for example, a sexual abuse victim that “murdered” her abuser).

It should have been sentenced to death after being convicted of its first murder, and that sentence should have been carried out.

As far as I am concerned, anyone who has any willing part in allowing a convicted murderer to live, allowing a convicted murderer to have any chance of going free, is an accessory to any further murders that that piece of shit may go on to commit.

Ms. LaPere's blood is on the hands, not just of this one subhuman piece of shit, but on the judge that failed to sentence it to death after its first murder, and on everyone who willfully contributed to the outcome of this creature being set loose to murder again.
