Want to vote? Get implanted with a Voter RFID.

If the government provides a Voter RFID free of charge, it HAS to be okay.

You clearly want illegals to vote and are in favor of voter fraud. Democrat.

I will now start fifty topics about voter fraud to drive home my point.

Oh, wait. Some other people are already doing that for me...

    Actually that is talking about:

Identification can be based on physiological characteristics – such as fingerprints, the shape of the hand, or the characteristics of the face or eye – or on behavioral characteristics – such as voice patterns, signature, or typing dynamics (Miller, 1994).

(((I don't know what the hell typing dynamics are but I can't for the life of me figure out how the hell that can be used for something like this.)))

Don't get me wrong this would be a first step into a chip... But... Right now it seems as if they just want a biological physical measurement of some sort to prove you are who you are other than using an inadament one.

Actually -- I helped developed the electronic finger scanning in that paper.. Strange tho -- no mention of RFID IN THAT USDA PAPER -- which my wife worked heavily on for traffic tolls and cattle..

Biometric ID includes fingerprints and scans, retinal, voice face, and even gait analysis. You CAN'T be against using these things for security and access. So the question is should they be UNIVERSALLY applied?

With the exception of voice and face recognition and RFID -- most of the rest require COOPERATION to acquire an identity. No different from providing a signature. Which is fine with me. It's the ones that allow unauthorized surveillance that you have to worry about..

Am I the only one who noticed this was sent TO the US Dept of Agriculture, FROM R. Lewis & Co., a private firm?

This is NOT a directive from any government agency.

Also, it's dated 1999, 12 years ago. Pretty sure we'd have heard more about this if it went anywhere.
