Now that liberals have discovered that the courts are the real power in our country, here's a spoiled brat demanding that another issue should be taken away from the people and their elected leglislatures.

Interesting that the party who used to call themselves the champions of the first amendment are the ones who consistently seek to silence their opposition, whether it be through legislation or the courts.

That was when controversies over the First Amendment revolved around pornography, obscenity, and other degrading material. That was when the wrong-wing took the side of “free speech”.

When controversies arose over the right to express genuine, sincere opinions or beliefs on matters of faith, morality, or public policy, liberals were nowhere to be seen on the issue, until they openly came out against it.
