Mueller flat-out told them that "he WAS NOT going to go beyond the report"....period and that's what he did and the Office of Legal Council said that you cannot indict a sitting president. The Dems need to stop whining and just get on with their daily lives, which by the way, haven't changed from before Trump was president, except that there are many more jobs available now.
