Troopers’ Nenana investigation could take years

State Troopers busted Nenana City Hall for serious crimes of financial malfeasance, but any official investigation is stalled at this point.

Ballot Propositions
Final Results: Municipal Election results certified

The Municipality of Anchorage borrowed large sums of money on a public bond indenture ballot initiative and has now declared a municipal emergency due to financial distress.

Anchorage declares municipal emergency in response to state budget cuts

Meanwhile the Board of Regents of the University of Alaska System has voted 9–1 to declare financial exigency.

FINANCIAL EMERGENCY declared at U Alaska amid massive budget cut

The governor exercised a massive line-item veto.

Dunleavy vetoes $444 million from operating budget

The legislature has met in closed session to discuss the vetos after failing to meet a quorum in a special session called in the City of Wasilla instead of the usual state capitol in Juneau.

House passes bill to reverse most of Dunleavy’s vetoes

Q. Wasilla? Did they take the bridge to no where to get there?

When Sarah Palin was governor, Alaska had the most solvent state government in the country.

Unfortunately for Alaskans, the libs harassed here with enough phony ethics violations, she could not afford to defend them on a governor's salary.

BTW, she was found innocent on all of the ethics charges.

Really, I always wondered if she was found not guilty by the McNaughton rule.

Yup. She did a great job as Governor. To bad those coming behind her aren't as savvy and smart as Palin.

They now reap what they sow.

Your analysis of Palin (savvy and smart) is absurd. She is a female version of trump, a demagogue and a charlatan. You only believe she is savvy and smart because you agree with her rhetoric. Her fifteen minutes of fame have come and gone.

Palin's record as governor speaks for itself.

And if it wasn't for Palin's nomination, McCain would have been crushed in 2008

LMAO You sure are an idiot.

Do some research dipshit. See exactly what Palin did as Governor of Alaska. It was a lot and very good for the State and the people who live there.

She is one smart and savvy lady. Much smarter than your stupid ass will ever be.

Carry on dumbass. You sure as hell can't cure stupid.

Oh. That't right. The bridge was damaged in a severe earthquake November 30, 2018.

That did not improve the budget situation, either.

The city will have to take a financial loss due to:
  • earthquake damage;
  • the use of borrowed funds for critical maintenance & operations rather than actual capital improvements;
  • the use of capital improvement funds to repair earthquake damage rather than making actual capital improvements to real property.
In truth it was the worst earthquake in Anchorage since 1964 — but city hall should not be spending so much money on fancy buildings that are so susceptible to damage not only from earthquake, but from frost, storms, and heavy snow loads on the roof.

Excessive capital deepening is a serious economic problem.

VANITY LICENSE PLATES PARKED AT THE STATE MORGUE

Vanity plates are popular among local, city, municipal, borough, state, and federal government employees in Alaska, but apparently not among private-sector workers or members of the general public who otherwise do not wish to attract the unnecessary attention or be cited or arrested for trumped-up traffic violations and the like by law enforcement officers for personal or political reasons.

One of the perks of a govt job.

Anchorage declares a civil emergency over looming cuts

Anchorage city officials vote to extend emergency declaration

https://mustreadalaska.com/berkowitz-civil-emergency-extended-in-anchorage/

Of course that is only part of it. "The girls" — who push sex and demand money for it — are screaming 9/11 louder than ever, and the female emergency operators at the 911 call center answer the phone as if emergency callers are patronizing a 1-900 sex chat line.

There is no bona fide police, fire, or medical response under any circumstances whatsoever. It’s a pick-up: wants & warrants go to jail; everybody else to the psych ward for a mental evaluation + automatic lifetime gun ban on National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) — FBI.

Thousands of white middle-class folk live in quiet peaceful neighborboods in the mental health district.

The pink police car (above) isn't half of it. The cops are selling kitsch and running a deli on the side at that police station. Everyone has his place, everyone is in his place, and everyone is happy because the white Christian working man is shaking hands with the fine Jewish businessman.

Enter FBI’s finances, states’ rights, and the stovepiping of city hall.
  1. FBI should not be using federal money and resources to investigate and prosecute crimes of state and local jurisdiction.
  2. City Hall’s boiler-room stovepipe direct to federal authorities should not be allowed to bypass the lawful authority of the state itself.
Alaska man gets maximum sentence after national database links him to 5 Anchorage shootings

This is yet another horrifying example of Holocaust police-state totalitarianism that fails all just and reasonable standards of probable cause and proof beyond a reasonable doubt which have been established by law in good faith.

The pouty lips of lying whores cannot be allowed to erode our precious standards of due process, civil rights, and gun rights.

Anchorage police officer arrested over accusations of sexually abusing teenage girl

So much for the pink police car.

This is no average citizen to be registered for the rest of his life as a sex offender, either. He’s a brother cop, and he’ll get his guns back no matter what while gun rights continue to be denied to ordinary people.

It’s a bravado thing, like sometimes a Marine Corps man poses for a Most Wanted poster and says fuck the civvie cops ’cuz I’m gonna get off anyways, the trouble with that being that you can’t “serve” your way to freedom in the military.

The bottom line, of course, is that the cops own the girls, the girls run the store, and you are expected to do what they say or else. There is just no law and no right to this whole gun-and-badge siren-and-flashing-lights setup.

The other cops are in on it, too, running the girls on the street, but they just “haven’t been caught yet” because there’s a wiseguy in city hall covering their butt and offering protection, and the feds aren’t going to bring down a wiseguy no matter what because that’d be anti-Semitic or prejudiced against the Italians or insensitive to some culture or another or there’s an old lady somewhere.

They need to make Palin governor again.
The brawling Palins sure were entertaining. The country could use a good laugh.

At least they were/are a family. Go to the cities and see the values.... Single Mom on the dole or getting benefits of some kind with several kids and more potential Dads and even a few abortions thrown in is uplifted as special and a glorious thing. On the receiving end of the government employee/monopoly and contract/poverty complex. So much money, so little foundation built.

Is it the Palins or the Kennedy Klan? First Rosemary was lobotomized, and now this business with “Saoirse” — and what in hell ever happened to Jackie Onassis?

Track Palin, the 28-year-old son of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, was arrested on assault and burglary charges after he repeatedly hit his father, Todd Palin, at the family home Saturday, charging documents say.

Wasilla police came to the Palin home after Sarah Palin called them just after 8:30 p.m. to say her son was "freaking out and was on some type of medication," …

Dead Doctors Don't Lie so who the fuck prescribed the medications on which the unwanted family members of the rich & powerful are freaking out?

And who in tarnation named their son “Träck,” which is Swedish for piss or shit?

Masons are “big tough guys” in some allegorical sense and pussy-on-demand absolutely must be available on the streets for them. Try to build a foundation on that crap in a red-light district earthquake zone.
