Hmm..not a follower of politics? Two of the Dem Senators are ill...Feinstein and Fetterman---their absences result in a tie..as the Repubes vote in lockstep to block anything, regardless of what it actually is. Thus, the need for a tie-breakers.

In fact, all the Dems present do vote for the bill--every time..else it would never pass, right?
