I thought everyone would agree that we should prevent persons with psychological disorders from "legally" obtaining guns especially after the recent shootings by deranged people. Doesn't it make sense that persons who are acutely impaired because of their exposure to firearms violence to the point of having to collect a government disability should be prevented from purchasing a gun?
