this malicious malware somehow got on my computer and i can't get rid of it. i've read several different articles and none of them worked.

that is my last resort, because i don't know when it appeared....but looks like i'm going to have to do that...which is a pain because i've downloaded apps and stuff recently

tried that, didn't work...i even have malwarebytes...and still didn't remove

Have you run Stinger? It is a free utility.
