Anyone might wonder if they were too dumb to notice what they could have done with a "Moratorium" instead They could have helped identify terrorist cells already active in the 50 states, in place! Instead they intentionally refused, intending harm of USA: The Trump agenda, already now clear.
The so-called, "Travel Ban" of Nationals--imposing illegal national quotas regarding only seven nations--was apparently "Thought Through(?)" by Steve Bannon and Stephen Miller. Mostly, everyone has noticed that it was stupidly done, and maybe illegal. USA Wrestlers will even go to Iran to participate in a World Sports Event!

What a national-security interested adviser might have suggested instead was a "M-O-R-A-T-O-R-I-U-M" with five whole syllables(?)! Instead of the rush to head off fanatics from charging into USA in face of a deadline, instead a Moratorium could have imposed a simple emergency restriction on entry permission applicants.
How would that work?
The verification restriction could have requested all applicants to provide a U.S. resident or citizen, lawfully in the USA already: With contact information to verify an entry destination. That could have been asked of all visa entrants, from anywhere. Targeted suspects would been known to Homeland Security, and Bingo: Co-Conspirators, if any, could have identified: with contact information in a data base. Even others might have been located from the leads!
No such interest has even been expressed by the fundamentally, anti-American, Trump Agenda: Co-Conspirators! Worldwide Outrage instead was clearly intended!
