Yes well if someone abuses alcohol and gets behind a wheel, we arrest them and put them in jail. Guy, other than Ben Carson, who is actually talking about the gays on the GOP side? That argument is over. Donald Trump is the Frontrunner and he just loves him some gays. (IT's about the only group he hasn't pissed off yet.)

None of what you predicted actually happened. The Obergefell decision never even mentioned the 'Prince Trust Study'. Neither Kagan nor Ginsberg recused themselves. And the Obergefell ruling came down exactly opposite of what you predicted, instead affirming the right to marriage for same sex couples.

Exactly as I said it would go down, if you remember. I even told you which cases the USSC would cite when affirming this right. And the primary arguments the courts would use in acknowledging that right.
