The 9th Circuit Court is recognized as the most Liberal and most liberal activist court in the US. Declaring the 9th Circuit Court's rejection of Trump's EO means it is 'Un-Constitutional equates almost to the idea that Brussels Sprouts are nasty and extremely bad for you based on my soon-to-be grandson's rejection of them at the dinner table.

Again, the 9th Circuit Court is notorious for its overturned decisions. If it was almost any other Court I wouldn't have much of a problem with it.

When Trump says that he wants to ban ALL Muslims then gets elected and creates an EO that bans travel from a handful of Muslim countries, it is a legitimate question to nail down the intent. Add on the several lies from his surrogates about what the EO is... "It's not a travel ban"... Followed by Trump saying "It is a travel ban"... Is it really a mystery that nobody trusts Trump or the administration. When everybody lies it gives the appearance of a cover up so I'm not surprise that the courts are playing it safe and limiting the power that the chief executive emits.

BTW. The travel ban was supposed to be a 90 day pause. Its been much longer than 90 days... So now what?
