I started to read the article and had to quit....I can only withstand so much bovine excrement at a time. That article is absolutely full of it from the start to the finish. Has so little truth that it's embarrassing to the rag that published it.

Russian language is NOT the problem or something that is used for discrimination in Ukraine. Half of Kiev would be deported if that was true. Because everyone speaks Russian in this bilingual nation.

This article doesn't mention the root cause of the squirmishes leading up to the 2014 invasion which was the Russian foreign agents stirring up trouble since 2005. Nobody really knew where they were from. Then there's the Russian oligarchs that bought up land and businesses by mafia tactics.
This is the same as the Israeli settlements in Palestinian lands....

So when Ukraine began to get a grip on some of this...they cut off the fresh water to Crimea. And the REAL residents of Donbass had been squeezing the Russians to live in particular parts and sections of each viĺlage....so that AFU could bombard them particularly and not the natural residents. (Smarter than you think) NOT a perfect plan but best they could muster.

Ukraine has been a the goose that lays eggs...but it's been so starved and abused it doesn't provide much anymore. Russia has used that nation as a toxic waste dumping ground for decades. Between the massive corruption schemes, sex trafficking, strongarm tactics, and mafia style Russian oligarchs running local governments.....Russia thought it could walk in with its highly organized military and overrun the place. And it did in Donbas and Crimea. And if Zelensky was a crook like his predecessor Ukraine would be a Russian Federation territory.

Well why would he do that? and if he is repeating what you call Russian propaganda, has it not crossed your mind it might actually be true? it's no argument to say everything the Russians say is propaganda, many times with evidence to the contrary, it's a cop out.

The elements of truth exist in the article but are taken so out of context that it is extremely far from explaining the truth.

Here's a simple example.

Russian:
Tom is a child abuser because Tom hit a Toddler and did it with such malice as he said he would do it again and again. Tom also regularly neglects the kids too.

The truth:
Tom was watching the kids while mom was out and was talking to the toddler while preparing the tykes lunch. The toddler was reaching for the glowing stove eye when Tom slapped the kid's hand away from the stove.

Guys from the 1854 Brigade were entrenching themselves in positions on the very front line.

Suddenly, in the depth of the sand human remains and parts of the fortification began to reveal themselves. Then weapons - Mosin rifles, grenades, and more remains of soldiers of the Great Patriotic War.

It turned out that it was a dugout, most likely, in 1941 - then there were fierce battles here. As 82 years later, the Nazis were rushing to the South, through the Kherson lands to the Crimea.

Our guys carefully, manually dug up the remains of 4 Soviet soldiers. One of them was a girl, probably a nurse. Unfortunately, there are no tokens, and documents have not been preserved. It will be difficult to establish the identity of the fallen heroes. But we will try to do our best

Yes a reminder of what their Grandsons are fighting today, the same old Fascist enemy on the same ground, it should never have had to be done ever again.
