1. People are generally idiots and believe what the MSM tells them.
2. Their leaders are only concerned with power and are willing to compromise their principles to keep it.

Upper Class Democrats have things like Homeowner's associations designed to prevent undesirables from ever taking permanent root in areas where they are arguably not welcome.

No, it's because local school systems are largely funded by property taxes. Of course the rich neighborhoods will "have more". Who pays more in property taxes... they guy in the 800K house or the $60K house? Rich neighborhoods get vastly more money than poor neighborhoods. C'mon... this isn't new information.

Any information is "new" information when it comes to the right wing. For them, information simply doesn't "take". It's like they're "immune".

The majority of Americans believe in abortion in these cases should be available.
