No, not every Secretary of State has the same laws as Maine State has for election qualifications and Maine citizen filed complaints to qualifications of a candidate as Maine has... with a citizen complaint filed, she is required to look in to it, required to immediately notify the candidate law team, required within 5 days to have a hearing with Trump's law team presenting their case and on top of that required under maine state statute to have a decision in 5 days... following the hearing....which she took an oath of office to follow the law.I'd expect that every SoS is required to determine who is qualified to be on the ballot. Every state may have it's own procedures for challenging that decision, but it should start with the SoS or equivalent.
And she immediately stayed the decision to not go in to affect awaiting the state of Maine by election law, appeal from the candidate.
Trumpers, are complete, utter, assholes for threatening her, family, and worker's lives for it! Trump releasing her address and home phone and pics, and so forth disqualifies him, Trump is not worthy or capable of following the law and legal processes...and should never, ever, in a million gazillion years, hold the President of the United States office again!!!
