That is not the President's job. I know, I know, he has the authority to do it, as the titular head of the Intelligence Services, but Trump knows shit from shinola about who deserves a security clearance or why one might be revoked. (he might know a little about why one might be withheld, though, thanks to his son-in-law's difficulties in that regard).
