Who's contradicting? Mueller flat out disagrees with Barr. He said so in his letter to Barr. It's not about contradictions. It's about facts and the evidence that barr never brought to light from the report. Barr was not square with the people. That is Mueller's beef with Barr. Barr simply left out the important parts. There was nothing to contradict, because Barr never gave the American people anything to contradict. Barr simply made a decision on his own, and it was grossly inaccurate. 372 other prosecutors agree with Mueller. It's a classic, easy obstruction case.

The letter, dated March 27, was the second correspondence Mueller sent to Barr after the attorney general provided a summary of the Russia report to Congress on March 24. (Mueller also sent a letter the day after, on March 25.) In them, the special counsel expressed concern that Barr’s interpretation failed to capture the complexities of his nearly two-year investigation.
