Trump: The Only Good Democrat is a Dead Democrat

You dumb fuck. What makes you think the government has the authority to go through Trump's financial records?
Understanding Money Laundering
Money-Laundering-Definition-700x435.png

Do you think billionaires are exempt from criminal prosecution?
Trump has been suspected of money laundering for decades, and once he's out of office, he will likely find himself subject to numerous criminal and civil investigations.

Will you miss him more than Dubya?
What evidence is there that Trump is guilty of money laundering? No part of your definition applies to Trump.

and spending 35 million dollars on the investigation, tried to find any crime for which they could charge Trump and get him impeached and they came up with NOTHING. Not a single crime.
How hard is it to be found "innocent" when you refuse to comply with all subpoenas and requests for testimony?

Saint Don-the Con has a history of corruption dating back decades before he found enough useful idiots to put him in the White House.

When he leaves office next January he will spend most of his time in courtrooms BEFORE going to prison for the rest of his useless life.

Trump’s Defense Against Subpoenas Makes No Legal Sense

"Perhaps nothing can persuade Republican senators to convict President Donald Trump, but on Friday, as Representative Zoe Lofgren deftly explained why Trump’s blanket defiance of every House subpoena and request for witnesses was an impeachable obstruction of Congress, the mood in the room noticeably shifted. I had the good fortune to be sitting in the Senate gallery to witness this myself.

"Republican senators whose attention had wandered refocused one by one until—unusually for this trial—the entire Senate was listening intently to an argument and seemed to be considering it seriously."

There's no shortage of evidence that Trump may have participated in money laundering activities. He has been a con man all this life, and I expect you will continue making defenses for him long after he goes to prison.

Lawmakers question Trump ties to Panama project linked to laundering, trafficking

"SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Two members of the U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee have asked the Trump Organization if it was aware of allegations that real estate agents and investors involved in the Trump Ocean Club in Panama had ties to money laundering and drug trafficking."

This issue has already been debated. The Dims even tried to impeach him partially because of it. Your theory obviously has some holes in it.

So now Trump is responsible for the actions of every investor who puts money into one of his projects? Drug dealers own real estate all over Miami. Are the people that sold it to them all guilty of money laundering?

You're just another paranoid conspiracy theorist.

You need more than nebulous accusations like people who inveted in his project had "ties to money laundering and drug trafficking"

The Senate refused to convict him because the House didn't accuse him of a crime. Not even Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi could find a crime with which to charge him.

The main reason is that it was obviously a total smear job and they had no evidence to support it. Their own witnesses shot it down.

The issue of Trump's rampant criminality won't be properly investigated until after he leaves office. House Republicans covered up his crimes during his first two years, and his blanket refusal to honor congressional subpoenas has stalled subsequent efforts. Once he's no longer covered by Executive Privilege, we will see how thoroughly corrupt his administration has been.

His many conflicts of interest are unprecedented among all prior presidents:

Trump's 2,000 Conflicts of Interest (and Counting) - CREW

"TRUMP CONFLICTS OF INTEREST BY THE NUMBERS

"CREW has now tallied 2,310 conflicts resulting from President Trump’s decision to retain his business interests. Here are some of the most startling numbers from the data:

  • "The president has visited his properties 362 times at taxpayer expense during his administration, sometimes visiting more than one of them in a single day. In 2019 alone, he has visited his properties 81 times, helping to further establish them as centers of political power. The number of days where President Trump has spent time at a Trump-branded property account for almost a third of the days he’s been president"

The Senate refused to convict him because the House didn't accuse him of a crime. Not even Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi could find a crime with which to charge him.
The Senate refused to call witnesses because Republicans knew a fair trial would cost them (bigot) votes in November.

"The impeachment of Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States, was initiated on December 18, 2019, when the House of Representatives approved articles of impeachment on charges of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Trump was acquitted by the Senate on these two counts of impeachment on February 5, 2020.[2]"

"Democratic Representatives Norma Torres and Eliot Engel sent the letter, seen by Reuters, to the Trump Organization’s general counsel, Alan Garten, on Wednesday evening.

"They asked what due diligence was done on investors and agents involved in the project, which earned President Donald Trump between $30 million and $50 million for lending his name to it, according to court records."

The only "due diligence" required is to make sure they have the money. Furthermore, as you pointed out, all he did is lend his name to it. He wasn't managing the project.

You are so desperate to pin something on Trump it must hurt.

You know, you commutards could try winning elections by proposing ideas that the voters support.

Is Trump the most mendacious POTUS in history?
Yes, he is, and he's also the most dangerous.

The Most Mendacious President in U.S. History

"On Sunday, on Tuesday, and again on Wednesday, President Donald Trump accused the TV talk-show host Joe Scarborough of murder.

"On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, he attacked the integrity of America’s forthcoming 'rigged' election.

"When he woke up on Wednesday, he alleged that the Obama Administration had 'spied, in an unprecedented manner, on the Trump Campaign, and beyond, and even on the United States Senate.'

"By midnight Wednesday, a few hours after the number of U.S. deaths in the coronavirus pandemic officially exceeded a hundred thousand, the President of the United States retweeted a video that says, 'the only good Democrat is a dead Democrat.'"

"The book is not just a compendium of the President’s tens of thousands of falsehoods, misleading claims, and lies during the first three years of his Presidency; it’s also an effort to catalogue and explain the different pathologies at work in his systematic misrepresentations to the American people.

"The untruths told by the President have increased in seriousness and volume, the Post found: an average of six per day in 2017 turned to nearly sixteen per day in 2018, which then increased to more than twenty-two per day in 2019—and that was before this crazy 2020 of the impeachment trial, the pandemic, the economic crisis, and Trump’s reëlection campaign."

Misinformation, disinformation, and blatant lies have always been keys to Trump's success.

Since he "won" the most powerful office in the world, they have metastasized into genuine threats to national security.

Now, as he struggles to manage the convergence of a national pandemic and economic collapse while running for reelection, his desperation to distract from his many failings only exacerbate the many divisions in an already sundered republic.

Too much winning?
Trump was correct with each statement.

Trump was correct with each statement.
Are you referring to these statements?
If so, what evidence can you supply he wasn't lying?

What makes you believe the Senate is required to be fair to the prosecution?
A fair trail requires witnesses and testimony.
Why were Republicans unwilling to meet that threshold?

There's an additional requirement to ensure the money doesn't come from criminal sources:

What is Customer Due Diligence (CDD)? | ICA

"Customer Due Diligence (CDD) information comprises the facts about a customer that should enable an organisation to assess the extent to which the customer exposes it to a range of risks.

"These risks include money laundering and terrorist financing.

"Organisations need to ‘know their customers’ for a number of reasons:

  • "to comply with the requirements of relevant legislation and regulation
  • to help the firm, at the time the due diligence is carried out, to be reasonably certain that the customers are who they say they are, and that it is appropriate
  • to provide them with the products or services requested
  • to guard against fraud, including impersonation and identity fraud
  • to help the organisation to identify, during the course of a continuing relationship, what is unusual and to enable the unusual to be examined;
  • if unusual events do not have a commercial or otherwise straightforward rationale they may involve money laundering, fraud, or handling criminal or terrorist property
  • to enable the organisation to assist law enforcement, by providing available
  • information on customers being investigated following the making of a suspicion report to the FIU.
"Consequently a prohibition on setting up anonymous accounts or relationships is the baseline for the international standards."

Trump is the most corrupt POTUS in history.
There's no lack of evidence of his criminality, and much of it will become public knowledge AFTER he's removed from "public service."

Legal affairs of Donald Trump - Wikipedia

"An analysis by USA Today published in June 2016 found that over the previous three decades, Donald Trump and his businesses have been involved in 3,500 legal cases in U.S. federal courts and state court, an unprecedented number for a U.S. presidential candidate.[1]..."

" Trump has, however, been involved in far more litigation than fellow real-estate magnates; the USA Today analysis in 2016 found that Trump had been involved in legal disputes more than Edward J. DeBartolo Jr., Donald Bren, Stephen M. Ross, Sam Zell, and Larry Silverstein combined.[1] "

You didn't answer the question: What makes you believe the Senate trial is required to be fair to the prosecution? The Constitution only requires that defendant gets a fair trial.

By the way, dumbass, they had their chance to call witnesses during the House investigation.

That number is quit normal for real estate contractors, moron. Preying on the ignorance of voters is what the left is all about.

In other words, there's no law that says a company is responsible for knowing if their customers are criminals.

Thanks for playing.
