No fools like you do though. You fail to recognize that the seeds of ISIS were planted with the invasion of Iraq, and the destruction of Saddam's army. Bush's complete botching of the post-invasion occupation, and the alienation of the Iraqi's post invasion, lead to the rise of ISIS. ISIS didn't just appear during the Syrian uprising, but actually started years before when Bush was in power.

The military leaders of ISIS are the former officers of Saddam Hussein's army, battle hardened officers with a true hate of the United States. After the defeat of Iraq, Bush fired all of the remnants of Saddam's army, but failed to disarm them. Since they were all Sunni's, the new government of Iraq didn't want them, so you have these trained, equipped military men who hate the US, career army officers with nothing to do. Just one of the many stupid things Bush and his croneys did, and you dorks think don't matter.
