Former President Donald Trump could tap his son-in-law Jared Kushner as Secretary of State if he wins another term, reported Vanity Fair on Wednesday.

"According to two sources, prominent Republicans are speculating that Kushner is in the running to take charge at Foggy Bottom if Trump wins in November," reported Gabriel Sherman. "One source briefed on the conversations said Republican senators have privately asked Kushner to head up the agency." Sources also said that Kushner, who walked away from politics to work in investment, will take until late summer to make his decision.

Kushner served in a White House advisory role in the previous Trump term. While he was not formally a diplomat, Trump frequently tapped him for foreign policy projects, and he was involved in the negotiation of deals between Israel and Arab states known as the Abraham Accords.

Wow, that sounds pretty scary to me! What do you think?
so the guy that helped bring about the Abraham Accords [a historic treaty] being Sec of State scares you eh ?? that says a lot about your mental acuity ..

Wrong again. The Saudi’s gave 2 billion dollars to Kushner’s private equity firm. You should do some research before calling others liars. The liar isn’t Lakhota.

“Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman suggested Wednesday that the $2 billion investment the Saudi government made in Jared Kushner’s private equity fund would not be affected by a theoretical second term for former President Trump.”

The private equity firm is not giving it to Jared. The money is still their money.

It's in an investment fund, still belonging to the Saudis. Jared was part of a investment group, that had an amazing idea of having Arab states in the Middle East, and Israeli businesses go in to business together. This is why so many Arab states today aren't backing Iran, Hamas and their allies in your demafascsit party.
Is that why Saudi financial regulators strongly advised Trump & Jared's buudy MBS not to do the deal?

Yes, he is the liar. He didn't say they invested with his firm, he said Jared got the money. It's still the Saudi's money, moron.

Get up to speed, I have discussed this exact topic numerous times when the lying board Dimwingers repeat this long ago debunked lie.
You'll miss Trump when he's gone & the taste of his ass when Biden wipes the floor with him worse this November then he did in 2020.

That weasel Kushner knows it even though he's a self entitled trust fund punk.

Kushner was working on a Middle East peace deal when Biden won, after which the Middle East went all to pot.

Maybe, I don't know, I don't care....not everyone in Govt always agrees on the same thing all the time, and I am sure there are still some hardliners in Saudi's Govt that don't want to be tied up with Israel......not sure your point. Some advisors expressed concern, the PIF overruled them....so what?

What we do know, is that it's not Jared's money, as the claim was made, we know it's the Saudi's money, and always has been.

Of course, fresh from his $2,000,000,000 bribe, he's back!!!

The management fee however is his, based on literally no track record or experience.
Well, yes, most fin advisor have a management fee.....they are in fact, providing a service as they should.

The fee goes to the company, in which he is one of three owners. I am not sure where you got the idea that he has no experience in running investments.....he has a long nistory of real estate investments and news paper investment companies. The other owners also have a long history in investment companies.
