Trump indictment is for "obstruction of justice" NOT possession, which allows DEMs to shield Biden from scrutiny.

The 7 year GET TRUMP train just keeps rolling. They thought they had him until they discovered that Biden has MULTIPLE troves of classified documents, including one at a public University (WTF?). So Garland and the FBI had to take another approach to protect Biden, which brings us to the "obstruction and concealment" indictment. This is known as a "process crime". They were never a national security risk, but Biden's Classified Documents at the U PENN Center most certainly are.

Here's a parting thought: Can you have an "Obstruction of Justice" charge when the Justice System itself is corrupt?

Wrong.

the documents held onto by Mr. Trump included some involving sensitive nuclear programs and others that detailed the country’s potential vulnerabilities to military attack.

In some cases, prosecutors said, he displayed them to people without security clearances and stored them in a haphazard manner at Mar-a-Lago, even stacking a pile of boxes in a bathroom at his private club and residence in Florida.

The indictment included evidence vividly illustrating what prosecutors said was Mr. Trump’s willingness to hide the material from investigators.
The indictment states the former president took classified documents on military and nuclear secrets with him from the White House and conspired with an aide, Waltine Nauta, to keep them from the government.

"Thirty-one of the counts accuse Trump of willful retention of national defense information."

"He is also charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice; withholding a document or record; corruptly concealing a document or record; concealing a document in a federal investigation; scheme to conceal; and false statements and representations."

Do you remember the first time Trump obstructed justice? It was 2017.

Ryan Defends Trump: He’s ‘Just New to This’

The Speaker of the House says the president wasn’t trying to obstruct justice, but just doesn’t know enough about political protocol.

June 8, 2017, at 1:07 p.m.

Back then Republicans said he was new and didn't know what he was doing. We know now that's a lie. He knew.

Remember this was when RINO's weren't happy Trump was president but they were glad he was a Republican and they passed a lot of Republican legislation. They turned a blind eye to his crimes because he went along with their agenda.

91 felonies against Trump is proof that the Democrats have made a complete mockery out of the US Justice System. Every decision out of the DOJ is tainted with The Democrats and Merrick Garland's political bias.

Let’s see if trump is guilty on all counts or 3. Even if three, it’s enough. Because we know he did all 91

The American justice system is not corrupt. Going after Mr. Trump and his friends who broke laws is not corruption.
