And lets not forget, his right to secret service protection will keep him out of jail. He can't go to jail where armed men have to be able to protect him at all times. Being convicted of any crimes does NOT absolve the SS of their duties to protect a former president. Nixon voluntarily waived his rights to SS protection, but that was on him. Trump doesn't have to do that.
