Trump disapproval increases in new poll

Liberal loon's worship of polls is so comical.

"Polls say Hillary to win in landslide!!"

When will they ever learn?? ... :cuckoo: ...

No poll right before the election said such a thing.

And Clinton had a huge lead and blew it with her pathetic campaign tactics, her personality (she was not very likeable) and her failure to attack Trump directly.

She blew it...big time.

The polls were right...but she threw it away.

The midterms proved Trump's time has passed. The Senate is no indication since (I believe) only 9 Rep seats were up for re-election. But Reps got clobbered in the House.
Watch the shows that young people watch (the 18-29's)? They DESPISE Trump, laugh at him...think he is a joke.
I was not sure before the midterms, but now I am.
Barring a war or a complete change in personality/political positions...he is finished in 2020.

Guaranteed.

Have a nice day.
Liberal thinking is soo comical.

Translation: "Hillary won, but she lost." ... :cuckoo: ...

Anyone who takes polls seriously ain't to smart.

Hell, all the polls said Hitlery would be POTUS.

Let us all know how that turned out.
LOL

They ain’t to smart, huh? What do you think that reveals about you?

That I'm smart enough to discount polls.

It also shows how ignorant you are because you believe in polls.

Tell me. How did the Polls predicting Hitlery was our next POTUS turn out?? You, being ignorant, believed them.

Sure does suck to be you.

'Six-in-10 Americans disapprove of the job Donald Trump is doing as President, according to a Gallup poll out Monday. Thirty-eight percent approve of the President.

The last time his approval rating dipped under 40% was just a few weeks ago, but his disapproval hasn't been at 60% or higher since around this time last year, in December 2017, when the guilty plea of his former national security adviser, Michael Flynn, and his endorsement of Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore (who was accused of sexual misconduct) were in the news.
Trump's most recent approval rating is down five percentage points since last week's Gallup poll and reflects a slight decrease in almost every demographic group, but especially among those aged 18-29, who went from 35% approval of the President to 28%. The disapproval rating increased seven percentage points since last week.'

28% among 18-29's? Excellent and no surprise.

While mostly uneducated, 'white'. old, hicks in the sticks love Trump. The young people of America - the future - see him as a pathetic, laughing stock. And that is with the economy appearing to be strong (though it is far from it).

Yeah, he's fucking up even more than usual and his whiney demeanor doesn't help either.

Not surprisingly, the point of my post escapes you.

Meanwhile, the polls on average predicted Hillary would win the popular vote by 3.3 points. She won it by 2.1 points. The polls were quite accurate.

Good to see the polls sliding but Trump's prospects for 2020 are looking very good if the recently completed election is any indication, in my view. Candidates he campaigned for did well at the polls. If you're not completely disgusted by the blob yet, chances are you two more years of seeing the turd on TV is going to do much to change things. So given that and the American custom of giving 2 terms to the President...I think he has a 2 out of 3 chance of holding the Oval until 2024. God, I pray I'm wrong but that is the way I see it. :eusa_pray:

Gotta disagree.

Trump HATES to lose. So, naturally, he only backed those who had a chance at victory. Can you honestly see Trump backing someone who his people tell him probably won't win? No chance.

And Trump cannot convince Indies or Dems of almost anything. Look at the polls...they despise him...think he is I should a huge joke. The only ones he has a chance to convince are Reps.
Plus, the Senate was lopsided against the Dems in the midterms going in. The Reps had only 9 seats up for re-election. The Dems had a whopping 26 (including the two Indies who vote with them). It would have been a near miracle for the Dems to gain anything with that scenario.
But in the House - where things were more balanced - the Reps got killed.
And, please don't forget, ALL of this is with the economic numbers looking 'great' (even though they really aren't). How can you lose the House with a 'booming' economy?
If Trump loses the midterms with a 'booming' economy, if it blips down at all in mid-late 2019 (like it is now with lots of indicators going down)...he will be complete toast at election time (again, unless he deliberately starts a war to save his fat ass).
But even if the economy looks good, the midterms have shown that most of America is Fed up with the Manchild in Chief...TOTALLY.

Agreed.

The good thing is...the more frustrated he gets, the more ridiculous he sounds. When he is calm and says what he is told to say (like when he spoke before Congress last year), he cons more people.
But with the House now Democrat (so they will hound him), the economy starting to fade and him making mistake after mistake internationally...he is probably going to get more and more frustrated and start flapping around like a headless chicken...and make about as much sense.

My point about lying was obviously aimed at you libs in general.

AND, you do not have to admit to a lie, in order to be known as a liar.

The lie(s) I was referring to, were the lies your vile lib media have been spreading about Trump, causing his bad numbers, since as you admit, the economy is good and there are no news wars.

Beware of political pundits that live and die by the polls, effective genuine leaders lead based on conviction, a vision, right versus wrong, regardless of popularity and general consensus. Simply put it defines what a leader is.

What liberals should have learned during the previous administration is the difference between a leader that is concerned about the welfare of his country more than that of world opinion.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-eight percent (48%) disapprove.

The FACTUAL people say otherwise. Ya know the poll that ACTUALLY polled the 2016 presidential election and was in the top 2 of how it actually ended unlike the rest that BOMBED.
Rasmussen doesn’t doesn’t include all adults in their polling. They only poll likely voters.
Which is who they should include. Why include people who won't vote?
Because trump is president of all people, not just those who are more likely to vote.

But I understand, skew the polls to improve his rating. That’s What works for you.
Indeed he is but no reason to poll people who aren't going to vote. It worked for Rasmussen in 2016...they were in top 2 of most accurate polls. Gallup is so full of shit they didn't even do a poll for 2016..this is just more BS from the propaganda arm of the democratic party to make people think President Trump isn't liked. Failed in 2016 and its still failing.
LOL

No reason to poll adults who don’t vote? Just how hypocritical are you?

Here you are posting polls which include all adult respondents, not just those who are likely to vote...
Poll that's never been wrong since 1946 signals GOP keeps House

Poll or no poll I think GOP holds the house as well...maybe slim but they hold it.
Americans have increasingly unfavorable view of Robert Mueller: Poll

That's because he is a lying sack of shit and has turned an investigation into supposed collusion into an all out war against ANYONE associated with President Trump in an attempt to bring down President Trump.
But Nato membership is also a move that has been rejected by much of the population, raising the possibility of continued political upheaval. A poll in December found that 39.5% of the population was for and 39.7% against. Added to 500 who died in the 1999 Nato bombing of Serbia and Montenegro are the historical ties to Russia. Russia was the first foreign country with which Montenegro established diplomatic ties in 1711, and is also majority Orthodox Christian.

Pretty much the leftists of Montenegro are running the country and the majority of the country does NOT want to join NATO and in fact wants ties to Russia.
... so now we see you like to cherrypick which polls should include all adults polled versus polls which include only those likely to vote.

Consider all adults and trump’s job approval rating is a failed 38%. During a strong economy, no less.
I didn't even look at this poll posted so does it show how many Republicans and Democrats it polled? How about the ages of folks? Older folks are more conservative than even younger republicans so.

But I guess when you can shout "fake news" at anything you don't like, say it at everything that isn't convenient, right?
And yet Rasmussen was in top 2 of most accurate polls in 2016 while Gallup refused to even try....nuff said.

Yep as I figured, doesn't show ANY demographics....no way in hell is it a legit poll and only a moron would think it was. I do wonder WHY keep believing in polls after they failed so miserably in 2016? Hmmm?
