It's evident that Bernie Sanders is trying to self appoint himself as the nominee of the Democrat party with this maneuver. Never before in the history of this nation has the Republican nominee debated the LOSER of the Democrat primary--LOL Bernie Sanders would have had to break party platform rules in order to accomplish a debate with Trump.

Hillary Clinton has a 3 + million vote lead over Sanders, a 1 million vote lead over Trump. Bernie Sanders comes in last place well behind both of them. Sanders was trying to usurp the will of the voters by doing an unprecedented debate with Donald Trump.

Hillary Clinton will secure the nomination on June 7th. We have New Jersey with 147 delegates, New Mexico with 43, who are Hillary Clinton's territory. Then California will come in. It's very possible she will be declared the official nominee of the party before California even starts reporting.

If Sanders does not endorse Hillary Clinton on June 7th and officially drop out of this race, he will alienate the ENTIRE Democrat party, and he nor his supporters will be welcome at the Democrat National Convention in July.

One thing for certain, it's going to be a cold day in hell, before the Democrat party will allow someone to change their party status to run on their ticket again.

Sanders & his supporters might just as well be working for the Donald Trump campaign at this point in time.

I guess Hillary only believes in her you should be willing to debate anytime anywhere stance when she is not the front runner. For the record I don't care that they both decided against debating Bernie.

There's no candidate that has already won an election, who will decide to debate the imminent loser. Hillary Clinton won this race after the last debate in New York. Bernie Sanders got clobbered in New York after that debate, then the following week he got clobbered again in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland & Delaware.

He really should have dropped out after New York. At that point it was mathematically impossible for him to catch her.

Now he's just making a fool out of himself.

Yes, I think Trump will be the first candidate in history to not have the guts to debate a losing candidate from the other side. What a coward. it's just not done. I mean it's just not not done ...
