When you fund a massive police apparatus that enforces a caste, the end result is always the same. Like New York, and a few major cities in the U.S in ALL states, unaccountable police with massive budgets always end the same. Social programs, supports and job training are cut so that plain clothed Joey can get an extra 4 hour of overtime a week to bump his salary over the $200k mark. Frightening how out of touch we are. Europeans understand us very well. Do Americans?

I've not heard of one business expanding to Toronto outside of retail outlets and a few bank offices.
