Thanks everyone.

My mom died last week, she was ill and died peacefully with my 2 brothers, my sister, my daughter and myself with her.

Thank you again for the kind words. This place has helped keep my mind off of things believe it or not, and she would want me to laugh instead of cry. She was a great lady, and the best mom in the world of course.

I got my love of sports from my dad and her, we even buried her with her IU Shirt!


That's why I say Faith, Family and Friends can get you through anything.

Sorry to hear it, it is a kick in the heart I know.

It is going to hurt like hell but then you are slowly going to get those moments where you remember some great time with your Mom, a funny thing she said, wise advise she gave and the hurt will be gone in that time, she will be there with you again in your heart.

This love, I believe is immortality.

Hell, I talk to and laugh with my departed parents all the time.

When I am drunk, I do it out loud in public.
