The EPA has begun the federal cuts to states......literally down to pennies.....and we all know what that means especially for poor white southern states.....slashes in the colored areas first, no more clean up of ponds and them water holes Jethro and Pauline visit in the summer, just slush and honkie shit to wallow in......all this to give states the power to fuck over its people like Flint did....Geeza, when will you people fuckin learn, when when when????????
