Two can play that game. The Democrats stack the court in the next couple of years if they luck out in the Midterms. The Republicans get enough people in Congress and they pack the Supreme Court too. It goes back and fourth for a few decades and we end up with a 33 member Supreme Court and a total fiasco. For four years abortion is totally legal but eight years later it is totally illegal. It all depends on who stacked the court last.

One thing that always amazes me is the Republicans are supposed to the be racist so you would think they would be all for abortion as the blacks get the most abortions. The blacks vote for Democrats so you would think the Democrats would oppose abortion.
