I was there once, on a weekend, on business, and saw it. I don't think they do it every year - it is very, very expensive to do. And I think they attach it to Assumption, if memory serves correctly. You would have been amazed at how unbelievably good it smelled. A lot of people stood there a long time, first watching, and then they closed their eyes and just smelled.

BTW, some of the best chocolate in world, bar none, comes from two cities in Belgique: Brüssel and Brügge.
