GOP senator: Federal ban on child labor is unconstitutional
Now we are competing with Children. And the Republican solution is to be more like China?
Our economy is growing. Republicans are going to pull another "Bin Laden" and take credit.
Did you even read your own link? Senator Lee is just saying Child Labor Laws should be done at the state level rather than at the federal level. I don't agree with that, we should have a federal standard about that, but that is a long way from your insinuation that he is against child labor laws period. The GOP solution is not to be more like China, that is a totally ridiculous charge to make.
I don't think there's much credit deserved for the current state of our economy. The dollar is tanking, real inflation is growing, housing still sucks, and there's a whole lot of people out of work. It ain't exactly time yet to start crowing about anything.
What Lee is stating is that he wants to see states able to go back to the days before child labor laws. That is the only possible reason for taking that position, for that would be the result.
How the fuck do you know what the result would be if only States had Child Labor Laws?
You're pitiful record on "global warming" predictions certainly doesn't give you any credability.
