IF New York were to make such an unconstitutional law, nothing would ever be posted. All New York elected officials will stop any passage.

Goofy idea anyway, IF his New York tax returns were made public, they would only include his business and income in the State of New York. His income in other states and countries would only appear on his Federal Tax Return.
