The Worst President in history has been reelected

No, he won because a few leftist infested counties within the states are lined up in his favor.

Take FloriDUH, for example. Of the 67 counties in FloriDUH, 13 voted for Oblamer while 54 voted for Romney.

2012countybycountyflori.jpg

Not necessarily are the northwest and west permanently blue. And, I don't know what fantasy world it is you're living in which persuades you to believe the rust belt is turning that way. Seems, Oblamer lost Indiana this time around. Lost North Carolina this time around. And, lost Missouri this time around. And, if we look at the county-by-county maps, it appears leftists may be diminishing in several areas. Or, at least, are staying essentially the same as in 2008.

And, it's interesting...too. To look at a 2008 and 2012 county-by-county electoral map, scientists 200 years from now will be able to track the migration of illegal Mexicans as well as other cross-border intruders. It's like looking at an infrared migration of ants invading a home. Right around the border of the home, it's heavily infested and thins out as you move more toward the center of the interior. LOL!

I'm not even going to address your hyperbole here.

I doubt Ohio has that large of a Hispanic population and your dreams that Arizona and Texas will turn blue are just that...dreams. Texas isn't even close to turning blue and Arizona has remained essentially the same since 2008.

Your delusional dreams are quite fascinating...to say the least.

Cover your ears, close your eyes and scream at the top of your lungs "Nya, Nya, Nya....I can't hear you"

In the State of Florida counties do not vote. People do. Your assumption that a Florida county with 40,000 people somehow cancels out a county with 1 million people is ludicrous.

The Northeast is blue. More blue than it was before Republicans ousted their RINOs
The West is solidly blue
The rust belt is mostly blue and moreso since the Republicans opposed auto bailouts and worker rights

Texas and Arizona are interesting cases. Not only do they have increasing Hispanic populations but they have increasing migrations of people from the northeast and west coast. When people migrate to Texas or Arizona they bring their politics with them

Illegal Mexicans do not vote. Your entire rebuttal is ridiculous

This is where you are wrong. Observing the county-by-county breakdowns in your "blue" states clearly shows that your infested urban centers are "blue" while the greater suburban/rural geographic areas are solidly "red". According the the NV map, Las Vegas carried NV into the blue column. Not even Reno went blue this time.

Once again, counties do not vote. People do

The fact that a county with few people in it is Red is mostly irrelevant

counties don't vote. acres don't vote. prairie dogs don't vote. If they did, we'd never have a democrat in the white house. People vote. And racist assholes who couch their racism by referring to our population concentrations as "infested urban centers" have missed the bus that has left old white men behind. In 1988, Dukakis got just about as small a percentage of the white vote as Obama did on Tuesday. Dukakis got his ass kicked. 24 years later, Obama kicked ass. We are no longer a white Christian nation, but are now a multi-colored, multi-faith nation and you bitter losers need to either get over it and get on that bus, or get the fuck out of the way.

Absolute rubbish... partisan hackery talk, and nothing more... if you put him in the bottom 10, I would not even argue.. put him as the worst (pre-Obama) since Carter (who was indeed horrid and still not below Harding or Andrew Johnson, etc) and I still won't argue.. but you are talking out of your ass

Not at all. I think he is "the worst" due to all his major, MAJOR policy failures. The ones that hurt us the most are :

1. Ignoring reports of the coming 9-11 attacks.
2. Invading Iraq. He wanted to go there first, did you know that? He did. His cabinet had to convince him to go into Afghanistan instead, as Iraq didn't have anything to do with 9-11. And yes, I firmly believe he cooked intelligence to go into Iraq when he did. (And he did it to open up free markets for his defense contract buddies - boy was Eisenhower right about the MIC). Look at all the lives and treasure lost in that debacle.
3. Abu Ghraib and the torture of prisoners - see "The Ice Man".
4. Sitting by with a wink and a nod while Wall Street bankers fucked us raw... just like he did when his buddy Ken Lay was screwing California out of 30 BILLION dollars.

There are many more, but you get the gist. I can't think of another president (well Reagan is a close second with his trickle-down bullshit that led to the ultimate wrecking of this economy along with the bankster casino disaster) that harmed this country more than he did. THAT is what I am basing my ranking on.

Yawn.. typical propaganda

1) There were many reports all over the spectrum
2) Cooked the intel.. we have heard that rubbish SO many times... sorry charlie, your conspiracy crap don't cut it... And BTW, should have let me and my military brethren finish the job in Iraq when we were there the first time instead of pandering to the pussy UN
3) You have no knowledge of what enhanced interrogation is... and there were no torture orders
4) Funny, you are not putting blame on Barney Frank and the others who truly were in on what you consider the 'fucking'... did you are anyone else get forced to sign a mortgage at gunpoint?? Forced to make an investment (well, besides the unconstitutional social security)

When you consider Reagan 'bad'... you have lost all credibility

Winger

Bush II was no great president.. but he was not worse than Obamalama, Carter, Tyler, Harding, Grant, Coolidge, etc

He was worse than ANY president. President Obama has been a good president and that's why he was reelected. How you people still defend Bush is something I'll never understand. You must be severely brainwashed.

You see me defending Bush?? Nope.. but nice try... I never said he was a 'good' or 'great' President... said confidently that he was not the worst

Oh.. and by the way your racist pig woman... Bush II was re-elected too.. I guess by your own criteria, he must have been 'good' too

Idiot bitch

Funny too how the only economic demographic that went to Obamalama was..... drumroll please... those who make under 50K and mostly benefit from entitlements and practically zero federal income taxes...

Like I said... pander and promise to keep no stake in the game and freebies, and they will continue to vote for those who promise to keep the freebies coming

And those leeches tend to congregate in urban centers where they are conveniently close to their pandering masters. Forget living someplace where the inhabitants tend to be more independent, decent, hardworking types.

Dude, you're full of shit, liberals have the easy explanation....im going to give you something.....they dont care about the future or how things may turn out....which explains their policies. So how is Obama going to tackle entitlements?

And on social issues, like abortion, maybe you think it's cool, but we'd have a lot more people to bitch with and against if there was no abortion, and maybe some better candidates for President.

We do need to appeal more to women and minorities, but they have to be able to think for themselves instead of fall for virginity commercials and other absolute bullshit

Unless Republicans look inward, they will continue to lose

Americans support their views on abortion. When Republicans went extreme and started talking ban all abortions including rape, people left them in droves

Stop attacking Hispanics. Come up with a sane policy of immigration reform. Stop the "English as an official language" nonsense. Respect their heritage

Stop attacking the American worker. Unions are not evil and protect worker rights. Calling American workers lazy and overpaid does not help your cause.

Support teachers, firemen, policemen. They are not your enemies. Neither is Education

You can do these things and still be Republican

We rarely agree, but righty is, well, right on on this one. Obama didn't win because he was the better guy for the country. He won for two reasons;

1) There is something to what O'Reily said during the FNC coverage. The demographics of our country are changing and there is a shift in attitude about the role of government. Originally the purpose of government was defend our freedoms and pretty much leave us to our own devices for better or worse. Now we are seeing that peopel want a government that rather ensure positive outcomes for them. That's why the guy who promises people the most 'stuff' wins. What those who prefer the later may not understand is you can't keep your freedom intact while also depending on government to provide more and more outcomes for you.

2) The part righty is right about is the overall message of the Republican party. We need to get rid of the people that run on socially conservative issues, gay marriage, legalization of certain drugs, maybe even tempering their stance on abortion. These are losing battles as the younger generations that generally accept these things grows and the older ones that don't die off. They need to focus on what is best for the economic health of the country and small government and show people why a government and politicians that promise people more and more stuff whether out of misguided compassion or just pandering, is simply not sustainable. We know that. The evidence is right in front of us in the the form of our 16 trillion dollar debt.

P.S. I',m baaaaack!

The rightwing talk radio posse is dead wrong in claiming they lost the election because Obama "gives them free stuff"

This is the same line of rhetoric that cost Romney the election. The attack by the rightwing on 47% of Americans as leeches looking for free stuff is insulting to all Americans

Americans are hard working. They want jobs that they can support themselves on. They want to be able to afford their medical bills and pay for their kids education. They want to be able to afford a house. The jobs that 47% of Americans have settled into do not give them that standard of living. It is more a reflection ofour economy than a reflection on the American worker

Americans are not leeches

After four years of the Republican propaganda machine at FoxNews and rightwing talk radio proclaiming Obama as the worst President in history, the American people have said that they prefer him to the policies and talking points of Republicans.
Inaccurate.

Obama received 60,652,149 votes. The US population is 311,591,917.

So your statement should read "...19.5% of the American people have said that they prefer him to the policies and talking points of Republicans."

Just a little perspective. No charge.

Oh God. Romney couldnt even get 19.6% of the American ppl to vote for him.

My lord. U'd think if you stopped five ppl on the street half of one would vote Republican on Abortion, a quarter of one on creationism, and another quarter of one on the promise of lower taxes or Mitt being white.

Republicans unbelievably goofed this one up. Why couldn't Mitt do SOME math and come up with an economic plan. Any plan, hell, copy a plan and hope for the best.
The difference between Obama and Romney in the popular vote?

0.93%.

Stop pretending The One has a mandate. It's ludicrous.

Much of that population is underage or otherwise not legally able to vote, or they simply don't bother registering and voting, or they aren't able to vote in a given election due to sudden illness or injury, or their vote was blocked.

The actual number of persons legally able to vote is around 140,000,000
Rightwinger's claim was that "the American people" have spoken.

I was correcting that false statement.

How should Republicans respond?

My guess is they will double down on stupid. Obama did not win because he was black. He did not win because he gives free stuff to people. He won because the states are lined up in his favor. You saw it last night, there was only so much Romney could do with the alignment of states.

The Northeast and West are permanently blue. The rust belt is turning that way. That is a major block of electoral votes. Republican policies are tailored to the whims of the bible belt Red States. Ban abortion, block citizenship for illegal aliens, attack gays, attack unions, attack education...blame everything on welfare queens

Unless Republicans can appeal to Hispanics and young women they will lose more states. Florida will turn permanently blue, so will Ohio. States with large hispanic populations (Arizona, Texas) will turn to Battleground States

This will mean Republicans will be unable to win the White House or the Senate. Republicans will become a second tier party

How will they respond?

Double down on dumb

You guys claim Bush was the Worst president ever, But guess what he got re-elected as well. lol

BREAKING NEWS: Bush wasn't actually "elected" either time.
Still bitterly clinging to your leftist fantasy, I see.

They are going by whoever owns the most land. Apparently they should have more voting power than people who don't own or live on large chunks of land.

That doesn't exactly contradict what I said. I agree American's want those things. I just think a lot of them think it's government's job to make that happen. That it is governments job to somehow make a job that pays $12.00/hr into a job that pays $20.00/hr. Government just can't do that. It can't arbitrarily change what the market has established as the value of a certain skill set.

The government cannot magically wave their hands and make $12 jobs into $20 jobs. But what happens when that employee that you pay $12 an hour to gets sick? What happens when that $12 employee can't afford to feed his family? What happens when that $12 employee can't afford the rents where you have your business?

The taxpayer steps in and makes up the difference and the employer gets subsidized for their low wages
