The Third Time Before SCOTUS and Affordable Health Care Is Still Survives.

Supreme Court Trashes Latest Legal Attack On Obamacare.

A third attempt at having SCOTUS overturn the Affordable Health Act has ended in failure.

Coming on the heals of the failure of President Obama to sign (which was never going to happen in the first damn place) legislation that would have overturned A.C.A.

Give it up RePugs you have lost.
SCOTUS twice ruled FDR could round up Americans of Japanese ancestry, and then there's Dred Scott. Court rulings don't make it right.
Nor affordable.

'But Sissel, an artist, challenged that requirement, noting in court papers he'd much rather "devote his resources to building up his art business rather than buying health insurance."'

And other Americans would rather devote their resources to something other than buying weapons of war used to kill people.

But that's not how a free, democratic, and civilized society functions, where citizens share the tax burden equally, even if their tax dollars are used in a manner they might oppose.

If Americans are opposed to how their tax dollars are spent, they're at liberty to seek to change spending policy through the political or legal process.

Republicans spend so damn much time fighting yesterday's lost battles. It's almost comical, if not for the incredible waste of taxpayer dollars.
They remind me of football fans who just can't get over that loss to their arch-rivals three years ago.
If there was popular support, they'd no doubt be fighting the ERA and desegregation.

This fails as a false comparison fallacy, it's as ignorant as it is wrong and ridiculous.

Obviously you didn't bother to read the cited article or understand the issue.

Affordable Health Care is law of land.

Then why don't we have it?

How much you payin' bro?

More than I was before Obamacare, like the vast majority of people

Where do you get your insurance from? Employer, buy it yourself? On the federal or state exchanges?

And of course, where did you get your insurance previously and were there any life changes in the meantime?

Yup and the taxpayers of America are getting hosed by the ACA.

Lets cheer about that shall we.

Nothing is final except death.
