If you read the laws that have been passed you would know that they pertain to weapons manufactured and sold within the state - never leaving the state. The feds have no controls on guns other than for interstate transfer.
If a company in Arizons is manufacturing "assault weapons" and selling them to otherwise legal owners within the state and they do not leave the state then the feds have no power to shut them down or take the guns.
If you claim 2d Amendment right, you throw that theory away. If you claim that intrastate commerce theory, the feds will invalidate with the 2d Amendment theory.
There is no issue here: the state will fail.
