When staff hire on to work for the Administration, they're making a 4 year committment, and possibly an 8 year committment. When said staff leave less than 3 months after accepting the job, it's never because things were going well or they really liked working in the Administration. Trying to paint it as otherwise just draws attention to another senior level appointment gone wrong. The lipstick just draws unwanted attention to the pig.
