For some terms or periods of time, there might be no discernible trend at all. The average is an important metric to look at, and that is why this thread was started and continues. Looking at this one metric, does not mean you exclude other factors when looking at any President's time in office. This is factual data that needs to be looked at and analyzed with other information when evaluating how things were when a President was in office.You really don’t know much math do you ?
