The phrase celebrate diversity is inherently racist and sexist. If you see an office full of white guys than you have no "diversity." Huh?? So one guy's a liberal, one's a conservative, one's an atheist, one's a Christian, one's a pacifist, one's a gun owner... The only way that's not diverse is if you presuppose that all white guys are the same. Hmm.. Sounds kind of like when they said all blacks are the same. Given that sentiment, why is the phrase "celebrate diversity" NOT hatespeech because it's sentiment is certainly a racial slur...

But an all-black school IS "diverse."

Therefore, dork's right. "Celebrate Diversity" is a nice way of saying "Get Rid of Whites."
