The party of small government strikes again

First graph, first link Shows in 2018 we produced more than we consumed. Your TDS just won't let you accept the truth

That's where the lie is. Because we've never produced 18 million b/d, ever in the history of this country. They had some stored somewhere, that was already produced, and just added to the numbers.

But you believe it, if it makes you feel better. But we've never produced over 13 million barrels per day.

The state wants to dictate little league rules, and you don't see that as an expansion of government? Please don't ever pretend to be a limited-government conservative.

How does this make government bigger?

Size and scope. Either/or makes it bigger government.

Just west of Ft. Worth a few years ago, they started fracking like crazy. The consequences of that was more earthquakes. So the local government put a ban on fracking. A lot of people were developing structural problems with their homes.
Gov. Greg Abbott overstepped their ban with a state EO that not only allowed the oil companies to continue fracking. But also made it so that homeowners couldn't sue the companies doing the fracking.

It didn't take hiring more government officials to accomplish this. But the scope of the government, to override local laws did increase.

IE Bigger government.
