The One Thing That Could Almost Guarantee A Trump Victory In 2020 Is On The Verge Of Happening
The left has been salivating over the prospect of voting Donald Trump out of office in 2020, but now something has happened that could change everything. On Sunday, former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz announced that he is “seriously considering running for president as a centrist independent”. If Schultz officially decides to run, and it looks like that is almost certainly going to happen, then a Trump victory in 2020 will become almost inevitable. Unless something dramatic takes place, Trump is going to have the support of at least 40 to 45 percent of American voters in 2020. But the key was going to be finding that last 5 to 10 percent that he needed to push him over the top. Unfortunately for Trump, he does not do well with moderate independent voters, and Democratic strategists were counting on those voters to help them beat Trump. But if a “centrist independent” like Schultz enters the race, he will inevitably steal a lot of those voters from the Democrats, and that is why the left is freaking out so much right now.

Don't you think an Independent centrist might well take votes from Trump, as well?

No, his personality and agenda appeals to Democrats, not Republicans. If he runs, and Trump gets the wall, which he will, Trump will be a shoo-in for a second term.

What if Trump ran as VP under a Candidate for President
that his Supporters even liked better and won support
from voters who were Never Trumpers. Could the GOP
do even better than Trump by keeping him on the ticket
but adding a more supported unifying Candidate
to whom Trump could throw his support and still lobby for?

At this point, no one of sound mind wants to unify with the Democrats.

I don't think Trump's personality could abide the anonymity of the VP slot.

I thought Trump was already guaranteed to win in 2020 years ago....God wants him to win, so there is no way he can lose, unless you feel God lied

The Dems better hope they've got some good cheating systems going on, it sucked last time and Clinton still couldn't win with cheating.

You don't think he would reinvent that position or whatever one he took on?
If he wants to launch his own media TV outreach, he could do that at
any time, in or out of office. More people would watch him than Obama
trying to lobby through the media still. Maybe the President who follows
Trump would get more done if all that Trumpeting and Tweeting Trump
does was done on the side so as not to distract from full time work of the govt.

So you all are automatically assuming that an Independent can't win? If it's a good one, maybe he could, considering the current state of shambles of both major parties.

Either post evidence of these "cheating voting systems" or admit you like to pull shit out your ass because the truth is not your friend.....liar

He's going to lose, Em. You actually think he should be kept around for the die-hard 30%? That kind of thinking is what got him elected in the first place--the Repubs could think of nothing but votes, and power, and got this monster elected.
