The New Racial Derangement Syndrome

There is a different sort of racialist derangement spreading in the country -- and it is getting ugly.

Here is actor Jamie Foxx joking recently about his new movie role: "I kill all the white people in the movie. How great is that?" Reverse white and black in the relevant ways and even a comedian would hear national outrage. Instead, his hip "Saturday Night Live" audience even gave Foxx applause.

Race-obsessed comedian Chris Rock tweeted on the Fourth of July, "Happy white peoples (sic) independence day ..."

Actor Samuel L. Jackson, in a recent interview, sounded about as unapologetically reactionary as you can get: "I voted for Barack because he was black. ... I hope Obama gets scary in the next four years."

No one in Hollywood used to be more admired than Morgan Freeman, who once lectured interviewers on the need to transcend race. Not now, in the new age of racial regression. Freeman has accused Obama critics and the Tea Party of being racists. He went on to editorialize on Obama's racial bloodlines: "Barack had a mama, and she was white -- very white, American, Kansas, middle of America ... America's first black president hasn't arisen yet."

Freeman's racial-purity obsessions were echoed on the CNN website, where an ad for the network's recent special report on race included a crude quote from three teen poets: "Black enough to be a n-----. White enough to be a good one."

In the 21st century, are we returning to the racial labyrinth of the19th-century Old Confederacy, where we measure our supposed racial DNA to the nth degree? Apparently yes. ESPN sports commentator Rob Parker blasted Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III last week for admirably stating that he did not wish to be defined by his race rather than by his character: "He's black, he does his thing, but he's not really down with the cause." Parker added: "He's not one of us. He's kind of black, but he's not really like the kind of guy you really want to hang out with." (ESPN suspended Parker for his remarks.)

While this author makes several points worth discussion, he bordered on hysterical by referencing "the racial labryinthnof the 19th century" as an example to what today's environment is like.

In the 19th century and right up to less than 50 years ago, races were defined BY LAW.

Certain races could not ride public transportation on the same level as others, be served in public establishments, or even be considered for employment above that of menial tasks.

The white population is no danger because of the comments of some in the media.

If there was any threat of imminent danger to the white population, the National Guard and every other defense team in this nation would be promptly dispatched to start kicking down doors and rounding up blacks at random.

Eradicating racial barriers? It turns out that what most blacks really want is cradle to grave government care just for breathing.

While blacks might be willing to barter their freedom for economic gain, by and large white people prefer that the government mind its own business and stay out of theirs.

The notion that America oppresses blacks because they do not do as well as whites absolutely poses an imminent danger to whites. One day we are going to wake up under an egalitarian tyranny, and it will be no consolation at all to say "well, at least there is no more black underclass!"

Did you feel stupid when you posted that? You should have.

You might be onto something there, considering that in a deregulated environemnt white collar criminals have a greater opportunity to thrive.

Integration and diversity and multiculturalism don't work.

Correct.

In fact, diversity and multiculturalism are basically the socialism/communism of the new century.

Socialism/communism was based on a totally false notion about human nature: that humans are ultimately driven by a desire to better "society", instead of themselves and those closest to them. They tried mightily to establish societies based on this mistaken notion. They needed secret police, terror, fear, intimidation of the citizens, censorship, a state media that kept the truth submerged. But in the end, it wasn't enough. The USSR fell like a house of cards. China is switching to the free market.

Multiculturalism/diversity is the same. It's based on a totally false notion about human nature: that racial and ethnic groups are "fungible", that they have no biological, psychological or other inherent differences, and that you can basically plunk them down at will in any mixture imaginable and expect to get the same result you'd have otherwise. That ripping up the stability and traditions of racially homogenous groups by playing a global game of Gods-and-dolls will have no effect. But this is a lie. Racial groups are delicate ecospheres. They thrive best in homogenous settings, because that's how they evolved. This is where happiness and progress are found, not in the soul-jarring discordance of the 'multiracial' society. And, as with efforts to prop up lie-based communism, so we have it with multiculturalism: it takes censorship, fear and terror to keep it propped up. Nobody is free to speak their mind or say how they really feel, even at work or with close family members. The Stasi is listening. You can blurt how you feel on any issue, but not race. For that you must stay silent or mouth the politically correct inanities approved by the high priests of our culture.

You are free to say what you want. You are just too much of a sniveling coward to do so. No one is forcing you to be a weakling with no backbone.

Incorrect. The entire history of the greatest nation the world has ever known stands as evidence.
The entire history of the greatest nation in the world stands as evidence of the success of assimilation. The liberal idea of multiculturalism is recent and a complete failure, more so in Europe nations than in the US because they don't assimilate as well.

...and then we'll argue about definitions, and blah, blah, blah...

...and it will still all come down to your petty fears...
