For a decades, since the USSC ruled the Line-Item Veto was unconstitutional I've advocated it to be a partial but necessary solution to spending by The Congress.
With the election of trump, my eyes have been opened and can see the wisdom of the Supreme Courts decision. trump has shown he would use this power to punish any organization, any person or corporation which did not bend to his will.
