The internet should have tighter controls..right? Only one hour a day with government permission.

What in this list subverts the constitution?
Nothing. Why would you possibly think it does?

2aguy you forgot to tell us that all of this is to be determined by the Trilateral Commission as directed by George Soros. He, in turn, is being controlled by beings from an advanced society based on Mars.

Thanks so much for the laughs.

Actually, they live on Pluto......and they are the ones that are hiding the fact that not only is Pluto an actual planet...it is the forward staging area for the invasion......

The ATF can investigate those who commit infractions on a national basis, not just state or local infractions. The ATF should have the resources it needs to do its job more effectively.
Ever read the ATF's mission? How about the Constitution? I have a copy. You can read mine. ;)...or just read it online:

Transcript of the Constitution of the United States - Official Text

U.S. Constitution

They will be use to disarm citizens with the illegal list they have been found with.......they were supposed to destroy records..they kept them, in violation of the law....

Then let's take the reigns off of the ATF!
In what way? To allow Nanny Staters to violate the rights of law-abiding citizens? Street executions of gang-bangers? What are you trying to say here?
I'm saying that the ATF...get ready for it...ENFORCES GUN LAWS!!!!

You say we don't need new laws!?!? Okay! You say enforce the laws on the books? Okay! Let the ATF gert fully funded, fully staffed, let them get a computer data base from which to work.

But if all you want to cry about is some crappy nanny state argument, realize that without adequate enforcement of the laws, we will continue to suffer chaotic gun crimes.

The ATF is fully funded.....they don't need a data base.....Germany, Britain and Australia used their data bases to disarm their people....

What problem are you seeking to solve? Has someone taken the internet into an elementary school and killed dozens of children? Did someone taketheinternetto a church and wipeoutworshipersthere? Did someone take the Internet into a crowded movie theater and start posting indiscriminately? Maybe someone had the Internet in a night club and posted so much 49 people were left dead.

Your flimsy analogy falls flat on its face.

all of the shooters of children used computers to research and plan their attacks......the muslim terrorists used computers to plan and organize and to get radicalized....and the black cop killers......saw anti cop propaganda from black lies matter on the internet......

We just want to make it harder for these killers to use computers to engage in mass murder, sex slavery, child porn, identity theft, terrorism, terrorist support, stealing national secrets.....

the computer death industry has blood on it's hands...

you simply support the computer death industry.....you suck up the propaganda of Microsoft, and Apple as they push their computers for criminals and don't care when computers are used to kill children........

Every single mass public shooter had internet access and used computers to plan and organize their attacks......and you don't care......it is more important that you have your electric penis than to save the lives of those victims.....

I support the 1st Amendment....I even own computers......but the Founding Fathers could never have concieved of these death devices and would have never allowed them in this country if they had known.......

Those shooters probably had drivers licenses, wore blue jeans, ate pizza, drank Coca Cola, used a credit card, wore sneakers, owned pets, shopped in supermarkets, enjoyed a sunny day, celebrated holidays, swam, threw a Frisbee, watched television, used a telephone, and scores of other every day activities. Should all that be banned as dangerous as a computer? Did they bash their victims heads in with a smart phone?

You're stretching a thread further than it can bear sense. Computers are not guns. No one every had a computer discharge and result in a death or two or 49.

Your analogy falls under the weight of poorly conceived logic.

Wrong..every radicalized American terrorist visited jihadi websites...every single mass shooter used the computer to research mass shootings, plan their attacks and many used the Internet to brag about what they planned to do...the sandy hook shooter had a spread sheet 6' by 8' on mass shootings...terrorists move their money by computer...identity thieves use computers....

If these people had to use books and news papers it would have slowed them down.....if limiting access to the Internet saves one life it is worth it...........only criminals and mass shooters and terrorists need unlimited access to the Internet...and if they all had to use public internet access points...and we ended private computer ownership, it would make it harder for these killers to do what they do......

I can't believe that you are supporting the computer death industry.......are you being paid by Microsoft and Apple to push their blood and death machines?
Does this line of 'thinking' extend to automobile deaths? Every death by automobile involved an automobile. Loosen the tin foil and think about that!

Cars kill more people than guns every single year.........you guys don't want to ban cars.....

So, ammosexuals, you claim to want current gun laws enforced in lieu of tougher common sense gun laws, but yet you don't want to fully fund, fully staff, upgrade and modernize the ATF, which enforces gun laws.

Cake? Eat it too?

Apparently you want no gun laws and the cry havoc and loose the dogs of war. Grand plan that!

Ah....you are an idiot....you are getting every stupid point you make refuted...so you move on to sex with guns.......you guys are such weak assholes....

Then please define you fears of the ATF.

They bring massive resources to bear on normal gun owners and gun stores....in fact, they forced gun stores on the border to sell guns to drug cartels for the Fast and Furious gun control initiative..........they have the power to pull the licenses on any gun store that doesn't do what they say.......

Read on, McDuff. You don't want new gun control laws. You want to enforce the laws on the books. But you then refuse to accept the agency charged with enforcing them. It seems you want no laws and no enforcement.

Wrong asswipe......local and state police can deal with the problem..the key is...the local and state prosecutors aren't prosecuting gun criminals....look it up moron.....obama is releasing 214 drug criminals with at least 56 gun criminals in the mix.....

The problem isn't catching them...the problem is locking them up...obama has reduced gun prosecutions over 30%...why is that?

Operation End Run was a Bush plan. Not one word of dissent then, but we know partisanship when we see it, right?

And law enforcement means law enforcement. When law breakers break the law, enforcement personnel have a tendency to make things uncomfortable for the law breakers.

No moron......the Bush gun program was Wide Reciever and it was stopped...then obama and holder started Fast and Furious and lost over 2,000 guns...with no intention of tracking them or arresting the people who bought them illegally.....

The differences between "Wide Receiver" and "Fast and Furious" (with sources cited)

First of all, Carney’s claim that Attorney General Eric Holder put a stop to something that started in the Bush administration is flatly false. "Operation Wide Receiver" was a program that took place under the Bush administration, but that program ceased in 2007, almost two years before Eric Holder was sworn in as Attorney General.

Secondly, “the tactic that was employed by the Previous Administration™” implies that “Fast and Furious” employed the same tactics as “Wide Reciever,” but this couldn’t be further from the truth.

Here are some key differences between the two programs:

  • Wide Receiver – program ended in 2007 when the RFID systems in 30-40 guns malfunctioned and agents were no longer able to trace the weapons
Fast and Furious – Program began in 2009 and allowed all 2020 guns to disappear without tracking them in the first place.

A slight disagreement. It will be a legal list, albeit completely against the intents of the Founders. Both Left and Right Wing partisans have been slowly chipping away at our Constitutional rights for the past few decades. Sad, but true.

No...just this week it was discovered that the ATF is already breaking the law.....

The ATF Is Illegally Hoarding American Gun Owners’ Personal Information

A government report discovered the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) illegally stockpiles gun owners’ personal information.

The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), the go-to federal oversight agency, conducted an audit of ATF and found it does not remove certain identifiable information, despite the law explicitly mandating it do so. GAO conducted reviews for four data systems, and concluded at least two of ATF’s systems violated official protocols.

So let the local cops enforce gun laws. Over worked, ill equipped, short staffed locals. Is that the way Boston should have handled the marathon bombers? "FBI? Thanks, but no thanks!"

The majority of gun crimes in any city are committed by well known offenders....the Chicago police Commissioner has a list of 1,333 known criminals who they know will be committing gun crimes...dittos all the major cities...the federal government has no role in those arrests........and then the prosecutors drop the charges, or the judges let them out on bail or give them light sentences....

if you weren't so foolish you would research this...because this is the actual problem....not a law abiding gun owner filling out more forms...
